VOM FASS began its journey to the U.S. in 2006, when a bright, economics grad student named Justin Gibson, wandered into a VOM FASS store in Giessen, Germany, looking for gifts to take back home to America. His first taste of VOM FASS Aceto Balsamico di Modena Maletti changed his life. He couldn’t believe that vinegar could taste so good. Justin and his father, David Gibson, purchased the VOM FASS USA franchise and founded the flagship store in Madison, Wisconsin in 2007. VOM FASS USA continues to grow this now international brand, as there are now nearly 30 stores stateside that all continue to show the same level of trust and expertise that’s synonymous with the VOM FASS brand.
