ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho to Host 2 Dinners This August

August will be a great month for dinners at ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho! This month’s Chef’s Table Dinner is with St. Francis Winery & Vineyards. Their monthly Brew Master Dinner will feature That Brewery. Below are the details for each meal as well as a link to the menus. Make your reservations quick because these events are sure to fill up!

Celebrate delicious wine, great food and good friends at the monthly Monday Night Chef’s Table series at ZuZu inside the iconic Hotel Valley Ho. The upcoming dinner on August 15 features St. Francis Winery & Vineyards of Sonoma, which is known for its luscious, elegant, fruit-driven wines. Enjoy four wines and four courses including Saddle of Rabbit, Heirloom Melon and Prosciutto, Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin, and Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake. Executive Chef Charles Wiley and the evening’s special guest will be on hand to discuss the seasonal fare and how the wine is made. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. and costs $68 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Savor craft brews and a seasonal, three-course menu at the monthly Brew Master Dinner Series at ZuZu inside the iconic Hotel Valley Ho. The upcoming dinner on Wednesday, August 24 will feature delicious beers from That Brewery, which has locations in Cottonwood and Pine. Founded in 2012, it offers a variety of unique blonde, amber, stout and seasonal craft ales. Renowned Chef Charles Wiley and the brew master will be on hand to discuss the evening’s fare, including hors d’oeuvre, Beet and Orange Salad, Herb Roasted Cornish Hen, and Crème Caramel with biscochito cookie. Explore four ales including THAT Strawberry Blonde and Monsoon Mud Stout. The reception starts at 6 p.m., with dinner at 6:30 p.m. The event costs $42 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
