Macayo’s to Host Partida Tequila Dinner on Tuesday, April 26th

Macayo's Partida Tequila DinnerMacayo’s Mexican Grill & Cantina is excited to announce the Partida Tequila Dinner on Tuesday, April 26th at 5:30p.m. featuring Chef Sharisse Johnson, CEO of Macayo’s Mexican Kitchen, along with Tequila Ambassador Sofia Partida for the Partida Tequila Dinner. Sharisse is the daughter of Woody Johnson and is honored to host the Partida Tequila Dinner with Sofia, granddaughter of the founder of Partida Tequila.

Macayo’s kicked off the Tequila Dinner Series in February and it’s been a big hit with the guests! According to Matt Verhoeven General Manager of Macayo’s Mexican Grill & Cantina, “The Tequila dinners provide a fun atmosphere along with amazing food; leaving our guests with an unforgettable night and with a bit of tequila knowledge. Macayo’s delivers a remarkable experience and entertainment for all.”

Sharisse has designed a menu specifically for this fun-filled night. Enjoy a specialized four course menu created by Sharisse with each course paired with Partida Tequila. Tickets are $40 per person.

According to Sharisse Johnson, CEO of Macayo’s Mexican Kitchen, “Tequila has become more of an integral part of the dining experience at Macayo’s, we are excited about our Tequila dinner series and have even added a Tequila window at our Scottsdale location. I am looking forward to co-hosting my first Tequila, dinner and sharing my favorite dishes on this special evening. We feel Tequila is a wonderful component to our adult beverage and preferred liquor program.  I am especially proud of our recent Tequila certification by CONSEJO REGULADOR del TEQUILA for 8 out of our 12 restaurants and over 100 members of our team have this certification! This identifies Macayo’s as one of the few companies with an entire restaurant certification.”
