Did you know Cinderella was based on the French fairy tale Cendrillon by Charles Perrault? Knowing this, we decided to create a French cheese selection inspired by the movie and it’s setting. Not only are the cheeses French, but they are styled to fit with the movie’s iconography as well!

Inspired by Cinderella's French setting, The Geeks have created a cheese selection featuring some French favorites styled after the films iconic moments.
Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Brie
- 10 oz log of Goat Cheese (Chevre)
- ½ cup Pumpkin Puree
- 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Parsley to garnish
- Semi-Soft Cheese of Choice (we suggest a French sliceable type)
- 1/3 Pretzel Twist
Instructions
- Combine goat cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice and shape into a pumpkin.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Cut brie into the shape of a mouse, removing the rind for the eyes and ears.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut the soft French cheese into glass slipper shapes.
- Serve all 3 cheeses on a cheese board or plate.
- Garnish the goat cheese with the parsley like pumpkin leaves and pretzel for stem.
- Enjoy!
