Downtown Las Vegas’ Glutton Introduces Power Lunch Menu: $30 for Two

Now, Chef Bradley Manchester’s new Power Lunch offer gives the lunchtime crowd a brand-new excuse to visit again and again. Grab a friend, co-worker or significant other and enjoy a satisfying and flavorful three-course lunch for two for just $30.

Glutton’s Power Lunch begins with a one shared snack, which is followed by one main dish per person, and concludes with a generously proportioned sweet dessert to share. Snacks on Glutton’s lunch menu include Curried Cauliflower (prepared with almond butter, cumin-pickled shallots and mint), Calamari Fries (lightly dressed with sriracha mayo, eel sauce and crunchy, crushed peanuts), Japanese Street Corn (wood-fired fresh corn tossed with savory miso butter and chives), Pickled Tomatoes (miniature heirloom tomatoes accompanied by whipped ricotta, basil and grilled bread) or Ahi Tuna Tacos (crispy shells filled with tuna tartare, sweet chili sauce, frisee, yuzu guacamole and pickled Fresno pepper).

For the Power Lunch special, each guest can select their own main course from among the following dishes: Chop Salad (mango, carrots, tomatoes, crispy avocado, pepitas, charred corn and poblano pecan vinaigrette), the Glutton Burger (juicy burner topped with house-made American cheese and bread-and-butter pickles) or Garganelli pasta (smoked chicken, caramelized onion, ancho garlic cream, parmesan).Glutton Burger

Finally, the guests’ shared dessert comes in the form of either Caramel Corn Profiteroles (salted caramel, popcorn ice cream) or Peach Cobbler (vanilla ice cream, rum raisin butter sauce).

Dinner begins Tuesday through Saturday at 5 p.m.; lunch is served Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with brunch available on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
