ZuZu inside the hip Hotel Valley Ho is pairing craft brews with seasonal food at their monthly Brew Master Dinner Series. The upcoming dinner on Wednesday, July 20 features Historic Brewing Company of Flagstaff. Renowned Chef Charles Wiley and the brew master will be on hand to discuss the evening’s fare. Try delicious beers including the spicy Joy Rye’d pale ale, cherry-vanilla Piehole Porter, Undercover Cucumber, and Grassfed Golden Ale. The special menu includes hors d’oeuvre, Shrimp Gazpacho, Blackened Red Fish with dirty rice and crawfish etouffee, and New York Style Cheesecake. The full menu is as follows:
