Longtime Scottsdale residents, Rebecca and Sharyn Seitz purchased Sphinx Date Co. in 2012 and have spent the past four years updating and refreshing the landmark. Sphinx Date Co. processes and sells locally grown Medjool and Sphinx Dates as well as other dried fruits, nuts, locally curated products, Arizona wine and beer and of course, patrons can enjoy their famous date shakes all year round.
