You know we can’t resist creating a new horror-themed recipe. Scream VI is one of this year’s most highly anticipated horror films so of course, we had to create a new recipe. Since everyone went absolutely nuts for the Cinemark popcorn buckets, we created our own along with an easy and tasty Scream Snack Mix to go along with it.
In Scream VI, “following the latest Ghostface killings, the four survivors leave Woodsboro behind and start a fresh chapter in New York City.”
Our inspiration for this recipe came from both the original Scream film as well as a scene from the new film. We used popcorn (iconically seen in the opening of Scream (1996)) and chocolate covered raisins (seen in Scream VI). We combined those with some color-coordinated meltables as well as candy coated chocolate pieces. The result was a visually fun and delicious treat. To make our boxes, we found a Ghostface stencil online and used double-sided tape to attach it to a black mini treat box.
We hope you enjoy our latest recipe! Don’t forget we also have some fun cocktails inspired by Scream (1996) and Scream (2022). As if all that wasn’t incredible enough, on behalf of Paramount Pictures and Spyglass Media Group, we are giving away 5 pairs of Fandango codes to see Scream VI in theaters! For your chance to win a pair, head over to our Twitter and follow the instructions there! Winners will be selected and notified by Friday, March 10th. Good luck!
