On Monday, June 13, enjoy an evening of food, wine and friends at the Monday Night Chef’s Table at ZuZu inside the hip Hotel Valley Ho. This series features a different winery or spirit and a special menu on a select Monday each month. Savor a four-course, seasonal menu of Pan-Seared Diver Scallop, Grilled Peach Salad, Duck Two Ways, and Chocolate Lava Cake with vanilla ice cream. The menu is paired with wines from La Crema, which combines the best of traditional Burgundian wine making techniques with a contemporary California style. Renowned Chef Charles Wiley and the special guest will discuss the evening’s fare and how the wine is made.
