Let Okra Cookhouse & Cocktails take you on a tour of the south and Europe with a gourmet three-course cocktail paired dinner, featuring cocktails created with Pernod, for $55++ per person. The three-course feast will include cocktails prepared with spirits from Pernods family of brands. Pernod started as a distillery in France producing absinthe, but after absinthe was banned, the company expanded its list of spirits including vodkas, whiskeys, tequilas and more. Today, Pernod is one of the largest premium liquor brands. Co-owner and head mixologist Micah Olson created three cocktails to pair with co-owner/chef Cullen Campbell’s creation of dishes including Swedish Chop Salad paired with Elyx Vodka, Lillet, Krogstaad Aguavit, Apple, Dill, Lemon & Horseradish Sour Cream Float.
