Now that Thanksgiving is past us, we can officially start talking about recipes inspired by Christmas movies! Speaking of, we have teamed up with Granada Bar and Grill at Embassy Suites in Scottsdale to create 3 cocktails perfect for the holiday season. First up is Buddy’s Balanced Breakfast inspired by one of our favorites, Elf.
In case you’ve lived under a rock since 2003, in Elf, “[Will] Ferrell stars as Buddy, a regular-sized man who was raised as an elf by Santa Claus. When the news is finally broken to Buddy that he’s not a real elf, he decides to head back to his place of birth, New York City, in search of his biological family.”
Those who have seen Elf will recall that Buddy loves sweets! In fact, the four major food groups for elves are candy, candy canes, candy corns, and syrup. Buddy’s Balanced Breakfast contains all 4! Noah worked hard to created a cocktail that not only features a ton of sugary sweets but is also balanced and doesn’t taste overly sweet.
Don’t feel like making Buddy’s Balanced Breakfast at home? This cocktail along with 2 others are now available at Granada Bar and Grill. Stay tuned because we will be sharing the other two cocktail recipes this week!
Granada Bar and Grill is located at 5001 N Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85250
