Mindful meals can bring comfort in difficult times, and we hope we can help bring some light to our fellow geeks in the coming weeks. Keeping in that vein, we wanted to share a sponsored recipe we recently came up with for the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market, formerly the Phoenix Public Market. We’ve created a new recipe for Undercity Roasted Cauliflower inspired by the popular video game, World of Warcraft.
I’d assume most people have heard of WoW. However, if you haven’t, World of Warcraft is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game released in 2004 by Blizzard Entertainment. It is the fourth released game set in the Warcraft fantasy universe. It currently has 7 expansions with an 8th on the way.
To be 100% honest with you, the inspiration for this recipe came entirely from the color of the cauliflower and romanesco. Blue Sky Farm always has gorgeous produce and when we saw the cauliflower we knew we had to use it. We also wanted to create a healthier recipe that fits within the lifestyle we are currently working towards. So not only is this recipe delicious, but it is healthy as well!
